Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on line store, click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to fulfil your order.

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Access, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Connect and Solo.

If you are shopping from America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency on your statement.

(We have included a currency converter on our site to give approximate currency conversions.)

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, postal mail or over the Internet.

Delivery is costed depending on where you are situated in the world. Once you have decided on which products you would like to purchase our delivery calculator will give you the options, costs and delivery times available. PLEASE REMEMBER that these times assume that the products you order are in stock.

Back Orders

All products are subject to availabilty. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and may be offered an alternative colour or later delivery date. You may of course cancel your order at any time if you so wish to.

Tax Charges

The prices shown on our pages are based on UK sterling and include VAT. Customers outside the EEC will be charged without VAT (currently 15%) These prices are shown in UK Pounds, Euro, Yen and US Dollar on the product detail page. (Yen and Dollar prices are shown exluding VAT)

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using SSL encryption.

Returns Policy

If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 calendar months of receipt in its original "unworn condition" and we will refund the product price, if the packaging has been damaged or discarded please just wrap them up securely and return them to us. The value of your goods will be refunded but this will not include your postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. However should you need to return any goods due to there being a fault with the goods received then your postage costs would be refunded to you.

Please note that Offer items - products that have been reduced - must be returned with 14 days, rather than three months.

Returns from Overseas – when returning an item from overseas please ensure the  postage is paid in full and the postal docket is ticked as 'Returned Goods' to avoid an Import Duty levy from HM Revenue & Customs for which we will not be liable.

Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement by providing a written notice of cancellation, this right ends 28 days after the date we deliver the products to you. You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts that you have been charged for will be refunded within thirty days in the same format as your original payment (eg credit card or cheque). In the event that we have dispatched the products that you have ordered, the goods should be returned to us and you will pay the costs for its return. Should you not return the goods to us when we request we will arrange collection but a charge will be made for this service and will be deducted from the refund.

Handling complaints

In the unlikly event that you should have a problem please inform us as soon as possible either by telephone, E-mail or in writing. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 working days (Monday to Friday inc) and we will endeavour to sort out the problem as quickly as possible, this would usually take a maximum of 5 working days.

Celtic Sheepskin do not disclose buyers information to third parties without your prior permission. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent.
